Shipping, Delivery & Returns Information


Thank you for your purchase. Your order will normally be despatched within 24hrs of receipt during a normal working day (usually the same day if received before 4pm.)  Occasionally things go awry due to circumstances beyond our control, please bear with us and we will attempt to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.  Thank you in advance for your patience.

Free Delivery* is only available on orders over £29.00 to UK Mainland postcodes

Please note that currently we only ship to UK addresses.

We want to make life simpler for our customers, no hidden charges, just good old-fashioned FREE DELIVERY on orders over £29.00 to the UK Mainland only!.  Flat rate charges for British Islands* (Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands) and Northern Ireland&*  Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery to UK Mainland addresses and 7-10 working days weather dependent for British Islands and Northern Ireland.

*Due to the higher costs of delivery to our British Islands and Northern Ireland we will unfortunately charge £15.00 but it is flat rate in addition to any other charges incurred!

If you need a Priority (next day) Delivery option, please note there will be a flat rate charge of £10.00 in addition to any other charges incurred.  Unfortunately, it is not possible for Priority Delivery to British Islands and Northern Ireland.

Many of our customers have requested ‘not signed for’ delivery as they are not always available to accept a ‘signed for’ delivery,  we have listened and now our shipments dependent on value; are sent without requiring a signature.  You may still have your purchases delivered to any address you wish; work, home, elsewhere.

Returns and Exchanges 

We hope you will love your Pet Emporium ..naturally purchase but if you are not entirely satisfied, please complete the returns form and post back within 14 days unused and in the original packaging and we will arrange an exchange or refund by same payment method.

Please note that we do not refund postage costs for returned items (unless the product is faulty or picked and sent erroneously by us) but your exchange will be sent back to you free of charge. If you need any help with this

We currently do not charge a restocking fee unless the item has been despatched by a third-party (e.g. shipped directly by manufacturer).

All items are dispatched from within the UK & include VAT.
